I've
only purchased tulle from Heidi, but I've heard Great things
sbout Nashville Wraps. The rest of the links above are links
I came across that offered tulle at a reasonable price. If
you plan on purchasing from any online store ask them if the
quality is soft and if the netting is spaced closely together.
Most tulle rolls are of soft quality.
I
personally purchase all my tulle from Heidi.
She's my "Secret" tulle supplier!
Her prices start at $2 a roll and she ships quick!
Self
Healing Cutting Mat:
These
mats are used as a protective cutting surface for your table
and to help protect your rotary blade from dulling too quickly.
Quilters Lip Edge Ruler: Unique
patented lip edge acts like a T-square against end of cutting
mat for quick and easy slip free cutting. You will be using
this when cutting your tulle strips with the rotary cutter.
Rotary
Cutter:
Using a rotary cutter will ensure
clean even tulle strips!
Fabric
Scissors:
I
purchased a pair of Fabric Scissors for $8 at Walmart. You'll
be using the scissors a lot, so it's wise to invest in a good
pair.
